What is the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?
Hikely understands that life is unpredictable. Under certain circumstances, and on an individual basis, we will reschedule your tour without penalty, even with last minute changes. Only if a trip is canceled by Hikely or the participant finds a replacement more than one week before the trip is a refund possible. A receipt is required for refund. Participants will be refunded by check from Hikely. The tour guide will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled hike for customers who are running late. There will be a late fee dependent on how long the tour guide is expected to wait after the initial 30 minutes. If the customer hasn’t contacted Hikely within the 30 minutes, the hike will be cancelled with no refund or rescheduling.
